《俺とザッハートルテ》オーストリアのスウィーツ、ザッハートルテを苺ジャムを使って作りました。北海道浦河産の夏いちごのジャムを贅沢に生地の間にはさんで、コーティングにも使用。最後に上からかけるチョコレートは、しっかりテンパリングして光沢が出るように頑張りました。English translation available↓
