【もっちりプルルン♪】プリンの生どら🍮💛Custard Pudding Dorayaki Cake

生地にも中にもプリンをW使い🍮！たっぷりプリンを堪能して♪

■材料
プリン　1個（160g）
ホットケーキミックス　100g
みりん　小さじ2

ホイップクリーム　適量
プリン　小2個
カラメルソース　適量

■作り方
1. ザルでプリンをこす（プリン液）
2. プリン液とホットケーキミックス、みりんを混ぜ合わせる（生地）
3. サラダ油を熱したフライパンで生地を焼く
4. 粗熱が取れたら、ホイップクリームを絞り、プリンを乗せる
5. 焼いた生地を上にも乗せ、挟む

Ingredients:
- 1 pudding (160g)
- 100g pancake mix
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- Whipped cream (to taste)
- 2 small puddings
- Caramel sauce (to taste)

Steps:
1. Strain the pudding using a sieve to separate the liquid (pudding liquid).
2. Mix the pudding liquid with pancake mix and mirin to make the batter.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the batter.
4. Once it has cooled a bit, pipe on some whipped cream and place a pudding on top.
5. Place another piece of the cooked batter on top to sandwich it all together.
