Okonomiyaki Burger

INGREDIENTS
A
100g flour
100ml dashi broth
1 egg
200g shredded cabbage
120g pork belly slices
2 slices tomatoes
Some sliced cheese
Some yakisoba noodle
Some okonomiyaki sauce
Some mayonnaise
Some dried seaweed flakes
Some bonito flakes
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl to make batter.
2. Spoon some batter onto an electric grill and place some pork belly slices on. Flip when the bottom of the okonomiyaki pancake is browned.
3. Repeat (2) to make two more okonomiyaki pancakes.
4. Place a tomato slice, cheese onto a okonomiyaki-pancake, then another okonomiyaki and yakisoba noodle. Place the last okonomiyaki on top.
5. Pour some okonomiyaki sauce and mayonaise. Put some bonito flakes and dried seaweed flakes on top.
6. Enjoy!
