中島史恵さんのインスタグラム写真 - (中島史恵Instagram)「アンチエイジングアンバサダーの中島史恵❤です！今回は私がコロナ禍を機に考えるヨガ的『アンチエイジング生活』について少しお話させて頂けたらと思っております。お時間がある時に目を通して頂けると嬉しいです😊。私達が人間として生まれたきたということは、まだまだ自身の魂の修行が必要ということ。そして自分で自身の親を選び、世の為人の為お役に立てれるように、自分の役割や使命を見つけ『魂の向上』を願ってみんなこの世に産まれてきていると思っております。そして、人類進化の原点は『人間の想い』＝『プラーナ（生気）の力の発揮』であるということ。例えば地球の酸素が低い時に呼吸をしっかり取り込みたいという想いから腹式呼吸が出来る進化を遂げてきたり、寒冷化が進んだ時、海水が凍り水面が低下したことで地中海は干上がり、アフリカは乾燥し赤道付近の森は縮小し、地上に降りざるを得なかった類人猿が、地上で大型哺乳類に狙われる環境ストレスから素早く移動出来る手段が必要となり二足歩行が出来る進化を遂げたり、結果道具も使えるようになり、私達の身体にはよりエネルギーが必要になり、また脳細胞は特に大食漢なので（笑）毎日食べ続けた結果、小さい歯や細い顎、咽頭が下がり、口腔内に空間が出来て言語を発する進化も遂げれたり…。改めて『想うこと』から全てはスタートしてるんですよね😊。そして逆境こそがチャンス！文明的には、ますます『物から心の時代💜』に、そして今は正に『風の時代🌟』。私達は感情の楽しみを得る為だけに生まれてきたのではありません💦そして『自分が』という時代から、これからはますます『共存＆融合』の時代にますますなっていきます。世の中は常ならず。今日一日を大事に丁寧に送っていきましょう😊そして、皆様にとっても発見や学び多き一日でありますように🌟続きはまた❤️。心と身体も風通しのいい人生を😊。写真はレースクィーン時代の私。明日はキャンペーンガール時代の懐かしい写真を上げさせて頂きます。この写真から逆メソッドが生まれと言っても過言でありません💦詳しくはまた明日❤️。 This is anti-aging ambassador Shie Nakajima❤!
