東京オリンピックまで残すところ5カ月！ということで、私たちの2020年上半期の活動を振り返ります。
2020年の2月にモナコ政府観光会議局の日本事務所として、モナコのオリンピックホストタウンである津山市を訪ねました。地元のホテルのシェフより30人の高校生にモナコの伝統料理を教えるクッキングイベントを開催しました。クッキングクラスの前には、弊社の代表シルベスタ典子がモナコの魅力とサステナビリティに関してプレゼンテーションを行いました。地元のニュースメディアが取材に来るなど、モナコを紹介するための素敵な機会となりました。
高校生たちに料理体験を通してモナコを知ってもらえたことを、大変嬉しく思います。ぜひいつか彼らにモナコを訪れていただければと思っています。

With only around 5 months left until the Tokyo Olympics, we are reminded of our activities from early 2020.

As the Japan Monaco Tourism Bureau, we visited Tsuyama city, the Monaco Olympic host town, for a cooking event in early February 2020. A chef from a local hotel taught around 30 high school students Monegasque recipes. Prior to the cooking class, our director, Noriko gave a presentation about Monaco as a country and its green initiatives. The event was picked up by local news outlets making it a great opportunity to promote Monaco.
It was a fun day of cooking and being active with the local students! We hope they will one day visit Monaco!
