1886年創業のベルエポック調の伝統と現代を見事に融合したホテル・メトロポール・モンテカルロ。 現在、コート・ダ・ジュールで唯一ミシュランの星を獲得している日本食レストラン「Yoshi」を含むホテル内３つのレストランを統括するシェフのクリストフ・キュサック氏のレストラン「Les Ambassadeurs」 by Christophe Cussac (レ・アンバサダー バイ クリストフ・キュサック)」 が春にオープンしまいました。ジョエル・ロブションの弟子であった彼は本物の味とトップクラスの技術を微妙に融合させながら現代的な地中海料理を提供します。温かみにある空間はジャック・ガルシア氏のデザインです。

Les Ambassadeurs Restaurant at Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo
The Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo, established in 1886, is a perfect fusion of Belle Epoque tradition and modernity. Chef Christophe Cussac currently oversees three restaurants in the hotel, including Yoshi, the only Japanese restaurant on the Côte d'Azur to have received a Michelin star. Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac opened in the spring of this year. A former apprentice of Joel Robuchon, he offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a subtle blend of authentic flavors and top-class techniques. The warm and inviting space was designed by Jacques Garcia.
