MY GOAL UPDATE!
As most of the #BBGcommunity knows, my goal for this Sweat Challenge was to build my lower body strength. My legs sessions have always been my least favourite workouts because I just find upper body and ab workouts way more fun… personal preference! So for this challenge, I really wanted to push myself to complete all my leg workouts and build my strength.
I feel like I'm making AMAZING progress here!! My lower body workouts have become so much more fun since I set myself this challenge, and I actually look forward to them now. Working towards a goal and feeling that sense of achievement and empowerment has really kept me motivated! 💪 Physically, I can really feel a difference too... I feel much stronger during my lower body workouts and have started levelling them up by adding extra reps and speeding up my movements. I can also actually SEE the progress I’ve made as well! We took this photo at one of my workout shoots and I love that my legs are starting to look stronger. 😄
