2004年10月31日、札幌「すみれ」が1回目の卒業となりました。卒業を発表してから平日でも2時間待ちを超えるような大賑わいとなり、お客様は「すみれの次に入る札幌のお店はどこ？」ということに注目が集まりました😎
札幌「けやき」は、当時地元の人々の間で、口コミで広まっていたお店でした。札幌と言えば味噌というイメージは全国的に広がっていたのですが、この頃の札幌では味噌を看板とするお店が少なくなっていく中、けやきの看板には“札幌味噌ラーメン専門店”と書かれ､新たなる札幌味噌ラーメンのエポックメイキングになると感じました😄
そこで私たちは「味噌ラーメン新時代。ラー博が出した答え」というキャッチコピーで発表をしました。テレビ東京の「ソロモンの王宮」がオープンまでの密着をしてくれたことも相まって、オープンから数ヶ月は行列が切れることないほどの繁盛となりました😮

On October 31, 2004, Sapporo "Sumire" closed its doors for the first time. After the announcement, the restaurant became so crowded that customers had to wait for more than two hours even on weekdays. The customers were focused on the question, "Where is the next Sapporo restaurant to open after Sumire?
At that time, Sapporo Keyaki was a restaurant that had spread by word of mouth among the locals. The image of Sapporo as a place of miso ramen was spreading all over the country, but at that time, the number of restaurants with miso as their main ingredient was decreasing, and Keyaki's signboard read "Sapporo Miso Ramen Specialty Store. We felt that this would be an epoch-making event for Sapporo miso ramen.
Therefore, we decided to create a website called "A New Era of Miso Ramen. Ramen Museum’s answer to the new era of miso ramen" was the catchphrase for our announcement. With the help of TV Tokyo's "Solomon's Palace," which closely followed the opening of the restaurant, the line for the first few months was endlessly long and the restaurant flourished.
