【ラー博クロニクル Vol.19】
当館ではこれまで過去の銘店を復活させる企画をいくつか実施してきました😎
その最初のお店が函館「マメさん」でした。マメさんは函館の岡田製麺の故･岡田芳也さんが中学3年生の時に食べた龍鳳という屋台の味を、龍鳳の店主と共に1968年に復活させたお店（1985年に閉店）です😄
わずか11席のお店で1日400杯を売る伝説のお店で、岡田さんは家業を継ぐためにお店は閉店しましたが、その話を聞きつけたラー博が再度復活させてほしいとお願いをして実現したプロジェクトです。

Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.19
In the past, the Ramen Museum has conducted several projects to revive famous restaurants from the past.
The first such restaurant was Hakodate's Mame San. The late Yoshinari Okada of Okada Noodle Company in Hakodate had eaten at a food stall called Ryuho when he was in the third year of junior high school, and he and the owner of Ryuho revived the restaurant in 1968 (it closed in 1985). Mr. Okada closed the restaurant to take over the family business, but Ramen Museum heard about it and asked him to revive the restaurant, which he did.

After graduating from Ramen Museum, Okada Seimen made a triumphant return to Hakodate and is still in business today.
