Salt and pepper to both sides. Bake both sides for 3 minutes each,then vacuum cook for 1 hour, temperature is 59 C and finally bake in an oven at 450F degrees. Time is about 5 or 6 minutes It’s done ✅. #wagyusteak @miraifinemeats #miyazakibeef
