WHAT IS HIIT?
HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, which is a workout style that features short intervals of high-intensity cardio followed by a rest period. If you're doing one of my BBG programs, I'm sure you will be familiar with it!

HIIT can help to improve your overall fitness, plus build muscle strength when you give it your all. The goal of high-intensity training is to get your heart rate up as high as you can during the cardio intervals, so it's important to challenge yourself! Remember that ‘hard work’ is relative - you will be pushing yourself to an intensity that is hard for you, but this may be more or less intense than someone else.

If you want to give this training style a try, do this workout with me:

✅ Reverse Lunge & Hop - 24 reps
✅ Lateral Pop Squat - 20 reps
✅ Commando & Shoulder Tap - 12 reps
✅ Rocking Chair Burpee - 12 reps
✅ Lateral Shoot Through - 20 reps
✅ Ab Bikes - 24 reps

Complete 4 laps with a 1 minute rest between each lap.
