SHOULD YOU ADD A RECOVERY BAND TO YOUR WORKOUT?
Recovery bands are a great piece of equipment for at-home workouts because they can add extra load to exercises - making your exercises more challenging - and can aid muscle activation. They are a great, cheaper alternative to dumbbells or weights if you don't own them! I also love that you can add additional resistance to your workouts by simply tightening the recovery band.

It’s important to make sure your recovery band is in good condition and is securely anchored around your feet, and that way it won't slip or move. When you complete the Face Pull exercise, wrap the band around your feet multiple times, or press your feet against a sturdy object to help keep the tube or band in place.

If you're ready to increase the intensity in your upper-body workouts, try this workout with a band and feel the difference it makes!

✅ Kneeling Shoulder Press - 20 reps
✅ Bent-Over Row - 12 reps
✅ Band Pull-Apart - 12 reps
✅ Chest Press - 12 reps
✅ Face Pull - 12 reps
✅ Bicep Curl - 20 reps
