WHY I LOVE COMMANDOS. 🙌
So many women tell me they dread doing commandos! I know what you mean ladies - commandos can definitely be challenging, but I recommend that you try your best not to substitute them out of your workouts. Commandos are such a good exercise and have so many benefits!

I like including commandos in my workouts because:

⭐ They can strengthen your shoulders, chest, arms, AND core all in one exercise
⭐ They require no equipment, so you can do them anywhere, anytime
⭐ They are high intensity and keep your heart rate up
⭐ They can help to improve your balance and stability

When you are doing commandos, remember to engage your core, keep your hips stable and your back at flat as possible for good form.

If you find commandos too challenging, you can try them on your knees until you build enough strength to do them with good form on your toes.

If you don't like commandos because you have a wrist injury, or weak wrists, you can do a plank on your elbows instead. 💪

TOP TIP: If you find commandos hard on your elbows, try placing a folded towel under your arms, or use a thicker mat, while you perform the exercise.
