We feel that we’ve curated it in such a way that every game in the collection can be tied to a skill that is relevant to our officers. Whether its resource and budget management, whether it’s hard conversations for managers, deception, critical thinking, or social deduction, all of these are skills that our officers need in various lines of work. I want to make sure that not only our collection, but our scope and the way that the library is used, is matched up with what CIA needs. And right now I think that the gaming collection, wrapped up into a larger innovation collection, is exactly what we need. I think that is how we will drive engagement, I think it is how we will drive research, and I think it is how we will get people to practice the skills that they need to succeed.
