I'm so excited by the work we're doing in the HAC, because I really feel like it's making a difference both organizationally and individually. I've seen initiatives that have been in progress for several years start to gain momentum and traction. Most notably is an initiative we were proposing within the HAC where we were addressing representation on promotion panels. Some of our findings and recommendations are in the Director's 2020-2023 Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.
