LOWER BACK STRETCHES
#BBGcommunity — do you take time for daily stretching? I always recommend stretching before and after each workout. You might find that after a workout you feel stiff in certain muscle groups - so allowing some time for recovery is essential so that you can continue to progress with your weekly workouts.

If your lower back feels tight, or if you sit down for long periods of time each day, try this routine!

✅ Alternating Knee Hug - 30 secs
✅ Supine Glutes - 60 secs (30 per side)
✅ Thoracic Rotation - 30 secs (15 per side)
✅ Obliques - 60 secs (30 per side)
✅ 90/90 - 60 secs (30 per side)
✅ Forward Fold - 30 secs
