#BBGcommunity, do you include a daily step count into your workout plan? There are SO many benefits from walking that can improve your overall health and wellbeing. Some of these benefits include:
✅Reduced stress
✅Better sleep
✅Improved heart health, by lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol
✅Stronger bones
If you haven’t already, I recommend setting a goal for your daily steps (you can add this to your SWEAT planner). I usually aim for 10,000 steps per day. Obviously, each day is different and some days are busier than others which means I don’t hit my target every single day - but on the days that I do, I get an amazing feeling of achievement. 💪
