I’ve put a lot of effort into my training for the last two months, focusing on shoulders and fingers with a trainer who’s been equally dedicated to the process. My body adapted to these new workouts and I felt stronger than I have in a long time.

However... my right shoulder has always been weaker than the left 😤 and last Monday I partially dislocated/subluxed the joint. I was doing an exercise I’d done many times before but it was after a 3hr gym sesh and I didn’t realize how tired I was.
.
Its kinda weird but I feel mentally prepared for this setback. I’m rehabbing with the same mindset as training: consistency, intention, and effort. I can still train my fingers + core, eat healthy, get enough sleep, and stay psyched for my goals 💪🏼🥦🍳😴🤩 These are things within my control! The foundation of good habits I’ve built up over the past few weeks are really helping my mentality right now as well.
