I have been climbing for almost 19 years; my privileges afforded me amazing learning opportunities around the world. When @ザ・ノースフェイス proposed their #ResetYourNormal campaign, I thought about my own normal - climbing, training, and finishing school. I considered my social groups and work environments. To me, resetting means re-visioning these spaces and redefining what normal looks like on a daily basis. How can I pass on the lessons I’ve learned so that people can apply them to their own experiences? How does mentorship tie into personal growth? These are questions I’m still exploring, but I pledge to pass on my knowledge and help others explore their inner potential.
