How do you deal with stress?
Since I was very little, I have dealt with stress by either not eating or overeating.
I always had a terrible relationship with food until I discovered the powerful benefits of grapefruit and white grapefruit oil.
It was always a struggle for me, but I’m happy to say that I no longer struggle with this. I want to share my story because it might help the people who are still going through it.
