赤い果実、紅茶の茶葉の様な香り
樽からくる上品な甘み

タンニンはとても滑らか

香り、酸味、凝縮感、苦味
全ての個性が一体となり
素晴らしいバランスを生み出しています

完璧なワインはもうそれだけで芸術なので 料理に合わせるのが気が引けましたが…

時間がなかったので
シンプル時短料理

◆生ハムとイチジクに
50年もののバルサミコ酢をかけて

◆鶏もも肉をシンプルに焼いて伊勢の御木曳山椒をかけて
いただきました

繊細なピノ・ノワールと合わせる料理はもっと時間きけて作る繊細なものでなければなぁ…

It has an aroma of Red fruits, and a tea-leaf. I can feel elegant sweetness from the barrel.
The tannins are very smooth.

All the personalities
of aroma, acidity, concentration, bitterness come together.
It creates a great balance.

I cooked for this wine
◆ Cured ham and figs.
Drizzled with 50-year-old balsamic vinegar.

◆Simply grilled chicken thighs
with Ise Mikibiki Sansho

A delicate and Great Pinot Noir food pairing is difficult.I need more study
