Supta Virasana (Reclining Hero’s Pose) is one of our favorite ways to use a bolster. This supported pose provides a nice stretch in the abdomen, thighs, psoas, knees, ankles, and chest. ✨ Please only try this pose if you can comfortably sit with your bottom on the floor, knees bent, between the feet. 🦶🍑🦶
