GINZA SIX B2Fのフードフロア、２箇所のエスカレーター前に位置する食を題材にしたウィンドウアート。ユーモアとストーリー豊かな毎回のディスプレイは、Pranksの代表でアートディレクターの佐藤寧子さんが生み出しています。
「現在のテーマは『清澄な食の美』。自然から得た混じり気のない白粉、それを加工した造形、さらに加水調理により得られる透明なオブジェ。葛切りとライスペーパーを美の対象として再発見し、光を透かす繊細な食材が織りなす、清澄な空間をお楽しみ下さい」（佐藤さん）。

On the B2F food hall at GINZA SIX, window art by art director Yasuko Sato is on display in front of the two escalator banks. The playful pieces are made using pure white powders derived from nature: rice powder and kudzu powder. One is comprised of circular sheets of rice paper, the other of strips of kudzu made into interlocking rings. “My hope is that visitors get a sense of the beauty of these delicate ingredients and the way they interact with the light,” says Sato.
