Was wanting dan dan noodles but didn’t have Sichuan chili oil or sesame paste, so ended up making those first. Was well worth it! Only had romaine lettuce which I ended up sautéing into the dish and used fresh ramen noodles. The heat of the Sichuan peppercorn chili oil and nuttiness of the sesame paste turned this dan dan noodle dish to something dan-g dan-g good! 😋 Recipe from @thewoksoflife. #quarantinecuisine
