Van Gogh tried to express his entire being by painting layer after layer of pigments on his work; ultimately he ended up killing himself, yet how many lives has his art saved after his time? In a similar way, I think creators must diligently inch forward on our stomachs through all sorts of failures and successes.
Before COVID-19, the internet world was becoming extremely sensitive to the sense of justice. There was a tendency that the moment someone broke the line drawn in the sand by the peer pressure of justice, everyone would pounce on them. But going forward, is the idea of justice really going to be the sole answer? I wonder?

Whether it’s YouTube or Instagram, the crucial factor is the human communication beyond follower numbers and buzzes that set sight on the absolute limits. Hikaru, currently age 28, in particular, has been exposing the darkness that lay amidst the seemingly normal Japanese society in his posts; he has ended up in a number of troubles and have been banned by YouTube as well as Google HQ, with hundreds of his posts deleted. Yet he is still hugely popular and that’s because the viewers are needing the kinds of information and activities he is providing.
