It is an education seminar (workshop) for trainers. Learning how to get the most out of the customers. Not making them do too much but at the same time, not making it too easy. This workshop's objective is to become able to tell "the last rep" of the customers which is one of the most important factors for customer's bodybuilding. Having the spread of the coronavirus, I wasn't really sure if I should travel or not. However, I decided to go because I knew that to bring back new knowledge to Spice Up Fitness was my mission and something that I should be doing. So thankful to the reliable staffs of Spice Up Fitness. I can always try for the next step.
