When I say I eat a Mediterranean style diet, this is the type of food I like to have for breakfast! What’s important to me when choosing what to eat for breakfast is making sure I have enough energy to fuel my body through to lunch. This type of breakfast might look complicated but it can honestly take less than 5 minutes to prepare! (mine wouldn't look this pretty haha). ⁣

Bread (toasted), tomato, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, spring onion and some dill (if you're feeling fancy)! Then it could be as simple as just drizzling some olive oil, salt and pepper on top! The flavours of all the food will do all of the work for you!! 💪🙌☀️⁣
