@AirFrance 4 days ago i arrived in Dublin from Paris. But my bags didnt arrive. I alredy did everything that i could to try to obtain some information (track on site, sent many e-mails, sent private mensagem on facebook, call air france....) but i didnt had sucessful. I have everything, every protocols number, all email...I cant belieave that a big companie like Air France need a long time to find A LUGGAGE. Is impossible. Beside that, it's unbelievable how you treat your consumers. 4 days gone and no email from you, no phone calls, no satisfaction. I came to here to study and the documents that a i need to take my visa and send to bank to open my account, are inside my bags. i can have a big problem if i didnt find my bags. So, i just want some information about my bags, please.. .To be honest, i thing that i am losing my hopes, because, my pacience i dont have more. Everyday i have to lost 2 hours of my day, that i could studying, have fun, anyway, to try to find my LUGGAGE ... It is no about money, is about my personal things, my documents, my clothes...i spent a lot of money to come here to study, not to have a stress! The quesntion is? Where is my luggage? Please, Help Me!

Air France lost my luggage and when it arrived it was ripped open in 3 places. Completely destroyed with items missing as well. I can't use the bag, so I need to buy a new one. Air France are refusing to compensate me because I don't have the original receipt for the bag. Why would I?? I sent a picture of the bag the day we travelled (clearly showing excellent condition) and pictures of the appalling damage caused by them. This is the WORST airline I have ever dealt with. It seems they constantly lose bags and have a pathetic system in place for returning them (it took mine 5 days). Waste of time on a very important holiday. Totally disrespectful airline!! Avoid if you can!!!

@airfrance please explain how you decide to not board 2 suitcases for a family of 3, flying from Paris to Washington DC via Atlanta? Flight AFO688 - August 13th. Citing that there were too many suitcases on the flight. I arrived early for check in in Paris. And received horrible service in Paris, being asked twice to pay for the luggage fee which I had already paid, and then not having my luggage when I return to DC. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Where are my suitcases? When will I receive them. Air France is turning into a nightmare. Issues upon issues.

Terrible customer service. I have called lost luggage phone # many times recording " high volume calls at this time please try later" click. This has been 6 days can't reach a person in customer service and they have no email address. Avoid Air France, they will ruin your vacation.

The worst plane I've ever traveled with. They lost both luggages and they are not doing anything about it. I literally called every number I was given or found online. It's hard to reach them on the phone and once they finally do answer they either speak only french or it's not the right department.
