🍙Onigiri🍙 Soul food from Japan. Yosuke Miura is a 3rd-generation rice-ball maker! He owns an Asakusa restaurant begun by his grandmother in 1954, where customers line up to eat only onigiri! Each year, he selects just one new-harvest rice from around 20 varieties and uses it for the entire year. The restaurant offers 17 fillings for their onigiri and Miura, using his signature style, shapes the balls a precise 3 times. He says “With great ingredients, I’ll keep shaping my perfect rice balls. It’s just a rice ball, so it’s got to taste great.” 🍙😋❤️
