Sometimes engagement on insta dips and as a small influencer, I know more than anyone how much it can play on your mind. Of course it’s different for you because this is your job, but your engagement does not change how all your loyal followers and the brands that you have worked with and still work with, see you, which I promise is as an all round beautiful human being. As for the website, it’s not even worth ur time thinking about!! That says more about the people who started it and has absolutely no reflection on you. nickswatamu Just from the perspective of the actual value on the ground of what you believe in and what you do, Zanna. You are one of the best informed, genuine influencers we had had at Local Ocean. We have gained many more followers since your visit and hopefully they will be more aware about grassroots solutions to problems to do with the ocean. The value of this is incredible. Goodness knows what has been said that has made you feel despondent, but those people need to take a leaf out of your book. Unfortunately the flip side to SM as you know, is it’s great for armchair experts and negative cowardly comments, but that’s not a life! Yours is! Keep on doing what you’re doing, it’s awesome!

mandalavan I dont know why i couldnt answer your story, the one that you talk about engagement on instagram. And before i saw your story i was showing my boyfriend your feed and telling him how much i admire you, and all the things that you do to help, all your amazings projects, and that i want to follow your example !! Dont feel bad!! Is the damn algorithm that doesnt show anything, you are doing amazing!

woofstokittys I would say with regards to lack of engagement this week, it’s holiday time.... biggest weekend for people going on holiday, I’m sure that impacts likes etc.... and just keep your focus, what you do is inspiring, focus on that xx
