Bodyweight Leg Workout 🍑
This hotel room workout requires minimal space and zero equipment. It’s not a HIIT workout, it is focused on isolating your leg muscles and working them hard to give strength and tone 💪🏼

Here’s what I did:
➡️ 8 Single Leg Deadlifts per leg (great for targeting your 🍑 - use your core to stabilise you and squeeze your glutes at the top)
➡️ 10 Lateral Lunges per leg (again, great for the booty. Try and push up off your heel rather than your toe)
➡️ 12 Reverse Lunge Knee Drives per leg (load the front leg as much as possibly by leaning forward a little as you lower, then squeeze the booty at the top!)
➡️ 14 Sumo Squat Pulses (Really focus on depth, you want your knees to be at 90 degrees to the ground)
➡️ 16 Glute Bridges (as always, a big squeeze at the top. Push through your heels, lifting your toes off the ground can help you do this)
➡️ 30 Second Wall Sit (Make sure your legs are forming right angles to the ground and do not use your hands to touch your legs or the wall!)
I did 5 rounds back to back and it was killer 🔥
