Only about a month is left to our dream retreat with @tavolamediterranea at @castellodipotentino . ⁣ ⁣ I can’t believe I am actually so lucky to be spending a week with likeminded people from Germany, Russia, Canada, USA, France and Poland, learning about the food of the empires of the ancient times, Etruscans and then Romans, try the ancient recipes taught by the food archeologist Farrell @tavolamediterranea, share my photography and styling skills and do it all in the incredible @castellodipotentino, a renovated medieval castle in Tuscany, with an olive grove, a winery and a breathtaking taking view (and unbelievable rooms). ⁣ ⁣ WE HAVE ONE BEDROOM AVAILABLE!
