❣️Hip Thrusts 12-15 reps, try it heavy! Sets it up nicely on the machine so a lot less effort for you to increase the weight!
❣️Single leg to double leg extension 15!reps per leg - not too heavy, go easy on your knees, good for getting the blood flowing in your quads!
