The fundamental principal of food styling - I believe - is to let the food speak for itself. If the food looks good, not much fuss is required around it.
Of course, things don’t arrange themselves miraculously for the camera. While someone was already waiting with a bowl and fork, I was frantically arranging the leaves and shellfish. 😂
