【大島の自然の恵みのクロワッサン】

スラッシュカフェ店頭にてお届けしております、八芳園オリジナルベーカリーブランド「BLUE TREE」。 お子さまにもお召し上がりいただける、素材がおいしいパンをつくろう。
パン職人 青木のそんな想いから、日本全国各地の様々な素材を探している中、伊豆大島の生産者と出会いました。

1度は姿を消した大島牛乳とバターを2008年に復活させた有志のみなさま。
試行錯誤を繰り返し復活した貴重な「大島牛乳」と「大島バター」を使わせて頂き、その風味を生かして生まれた「大島の恵みNipponのクロワッサン」。 八芳園と大島との繋がりが生んだこだわりのクロワッサンです。

このクロワッサンが更に人を繋ぎ、大島牛乳とバターを作りたい、と言う若者へとバトンが繋がり始めています。

そんな大島の素材を使ったクロワッサンが本日からの「パンのフェス2019春」にてお愉しみいただけます。昨年ご好評いただいた、さくらメロンパンも販売致しますので是非お越しください。 【パンのフェス 2019春 in 横浜赤レンガ】

Happo-en’s original bakery brand, “BLUE TREE“ at the front of “Thrush Café”. We will make bread which uses tasty ingredients and which can be enjoyed safely by children.
With such will, when bakery chef,Aoki was looking for various ingredients all over Japan, he met a producer in Izu –Oshima.
Volunteers who revived Oshima milk and butter in 2008 once disappeared.
We used precious "Oshima milk" and "Oshima butter" which revived after many trials and errors repetitively, "Blessed of Oshima Nippon’s croissant" born using its flavor.
This is a unique and precious croissant born from the bond of Happo-en and Oshima.
This croissant connects people further and the batons are beginning to connect to young people who want to make Oshima milk and butter.
The special bread using of ingredients of Oshima can be enjoyed exclusively in the event starting from tomorrow.
