Shoulders, triceps, chest! ???? Like & save for later!!

My patio table is v sturdy & quite heavy (especially with a 14 lb cat deciding to jump on top ?) So I utilized it in some movements! Lemme know what y’all use to get creative at home with your workouts! I NEED IDEAS!! ????

? Shoulder Press - wide arm stance, press from palms of your hands, lower down to a 90 degree angle - 4x 15 reps
? Tricep/Shoulder Press - same movement but hands much closer together, engaging more triceps & front felt action - 4x 15 reps
? triceps bench dips - 3x15 reps
? push-ups, elevated feet - 3x10-12 reps
? Plank to push ups? Not totally sure what these are called - 3x15-20
