I’ve spent the day with my Mom @acqualinaresort as part of her Christmas present. Today she got her first ever massage and she loved it! As someone who works with my body and regularly gets body work, it was so special to share the wow-moment of a first massage. She left saying she needs to get a massage once a month. I agree.

Rituals of self-care that honor the body make it possible for me to practice every day. My top picks are acupuncture, massage, energy work, spiritual coaching, physical therapy and chiropractic. It’s been over 20 years on the yoga mat and I expect it to be at least another 40! ??
