It was rather difficult to motivate myself every time. At the crux, I felt so insecure with small runout with small cams. Breathing became rough and my feet started trembling. I'm timid. I had to control myself, breathe deeply and stay calm and confident. I learned a lot about my mentality from this route... ・ The crux move is boulderly, but other part of this route is not so difficult. Some says "Butterballs"(5.11c) is more difficult, some says "Crimson Cringe"(5.12b) is easier..., it's interesting🧐 ・・やっとFish Crackを完登できました。6日目、TR含めて7便目でした。ハンドジャムが痛くてできなかったのでこれやってみるか、という感じで取り付いたのがきっかけ。・中ほどの巨大ゼノリスからの数メートルに難しさが凝縮されてるんですが、ムーブっていうか足がシビアだし、極小カムで少しランナウトするしで、ビビりの私はメンタルで落とされてました。3回も最後の最後で落ちて、毎回自分を奮い立たせるのが正直大変でした。終いには開き直って、何回落ちても絶対登るぞ、という気持ちで立ち向かったら、不思議と冷静に核心をこなすことができました。この課題から、自分の心について少し学べたような気がします…。・・ #トラッド初5.12や #yosemiteclimbing #yosemitenationalpark #yosemitevalley #cascadefalls #tradclimbing #womenclimbing」11月20日 20時57分
