Quality check before baking remaining loaves and sending them straight into hands of Chef @diningwithflynn, so they could join amazing dinner he’ll cook at @targ.kregliccy . Bread is 20% einkorn, hydration around 90%, moist and very creamy. I’m very happy with the result and I seriously consider making it the new country loaf.
