We tried quite a lot of things in Cafe Sicilia, made super famous thanks to Netflix “Chef’s Table”. But it was a canolo that completely blew my mind. Crispiest, bubbly shell stuffed with quality ricotta cream. So complex in flavor, that my world stopped for a moment to cherish this surprise in my mouth.
