I'm excited to use the Koi® Water Color CAC (Creative Art Colors) watercolor set to add some luminance and shimmer to the garmets. This effect adds a sense of glamour and sophistication. I start by sketching the form, color the background of the dress in a dark color to add some contrast when I use the watercolor.
