I create video tutorials for @Sakura of America（サクラクレパス） and my painting style is typically carefree, whimsical and elegant. I get my inspiration from everyday connections and find ways to highlight the experience whether it's with food, journaling or sharing special moments.

I created a tutorial on how to illustrate a family recipe, French chocolate cake (Gâteau au chocolat des écoliers) sketching out the ingredients with a Sakura XS12 mechanical pencil then showing step by step how to paint each element with the Koi Watercolor Pocketfield Sketch Box. I like using the Sumo Grip Retractable eraser because it's easy to use and picks up graphite with minimal lint. I then hand letter the title and all instructions using a Pigma Micron pen 05 and Pigma Brush Pens in FB and MB. For detailing, I Gellyroll white pen in white for the powdered sugar affect.
