Happy Doggie Day!! We felt it appropriate to share with everyone one of the most ancient dogs alive today... in puppy form!!! The New Guinea Singing dogs!!! .
If you are following our account, then you have likely already heard of these amazing dogs that date back about 8,000 years. They are considered living fossils with only about 250 known to be in the captive population. We don’t know if they are still present in the Wild I’m unchanged form. .
Currently there is an expedition to try to determine if some dogs located near a mine in New Guinea are the New Guinea Singing dogs, a more ancient dog or a more domesticated variety. .
Last year we had a Conservation litter and we wanted to share some adorable photos of the babies!! .
