Tempura bento for kid and husband.

I love making tempura from leftovers in the fridge. It's known as haute cuisine, but on the other side,Tempura is common as home cooking, you can make it easily at home. ---------------------------------
Sprinkle some flour to ingredients such as asparagus, potato or imitation crab. 

Make the tempura batter.

In a bowl, add cold water(icy water) and flour, mix lightly.

Some important keys for making crispy Tempura are 
•Not overmix
•Using cold(icy) water when you make the batter. 

The ratio of water/flour is almost ALMOST same. (Add flour a little more than water)
