I recommend onigiri-bento for bento beginners. In just 3 steps, you can make various kinds of animal using boiled carrots.

Bear, pig, rabbit, dog and chicken. 
Uncooked spaghetti is very useful to attach carrot parts to onigiri. A few hours later, uncooked spaghetti gets soft with moisture. 

Don't forget pack some green and protein to bento box as well. Cute and well balanced bento makes your lunch time more happy!
