A wonderful view of the Futatsuike Ponds taken from Mt. Okkabake in the Shiretoko Mountain Range.
Snowy patches remain at Tennoike Pond. It's possible to collect water from Chinoike Pond (it must be boiled).
Beyond the two ponds, you can see Mt. Chienbetsu, Mt. Iouzan, and the Sea of Okhotsk.
