The sunshine that peers through the storm. April and May have been overcast and moody with many showers. And I didn’t mind it at all. It felt like a mirror of my own heart and somehow in that Mother Earth squeezed my hand and soothed me with her rain and muted hues. But a new month has arrived and the sun is shining brightly. I’m ready to bask in its warmth and bathe in the radiance once again. To new beginnings.

I’m back at the cafe that ushered the miracle of perspective from the other day. This is my favorite little nook there. The tattered couch with the window cracked. Perfect for writing, reading or simply enjoying the moment.
