Burning out is not cute and you can do more damage than good without balance and rest and recovery. Not to mention injure yourself from pushing too hard cause you’re trying to prove a point to people who don’t even know you either at the gym or on social media. Listen to yourself and your limits but be honest with yourself. . Only you know if you could have done more reps. Only you know if you’re at your limit. You’ve got nothing to prove to anyone but yourself. . Sometimes it’s true that you are stronger than you know but it’s better to let a professional trainer or instructor who knows what they’re doing push you to that level than try to show out and flex and hurt yourself. #1stphorm staff are always available to call to ask questions from also. They know what they’re talking about and they want to help.
