Do you know メロンパン melon pan bread?
Popular in Japan, this delightful sweet bread inherited it's name due to the melon like appearance.
Got this at Japanese bakery Johan Paris at @isetansg, this melon pan is also one of the best I have eaten. Amazed that the bread texture is so fluffy soft inside and the crisp cookie crust is not too sweet.
It's so huge I cut this into 8 slices (like a cake) and shared. Very value for money :p
