[New, Matchaya] Ending the hectic weekend with superb tea sweets and ice cream from @matchayasg
Absolutely enjoyed the Creme Brulee Toast, had the dual flavour of houjicha and matcha. Homemade thick milk toast, buttered, torched to perfection and slathered on with houjicha and matcha jam, dusted with houjicha and matcha powder. ?
This one week old #Matchaya serves up a specialised range of tea desserts and drink including matcha/houjicha soft serves, cake rolls, latte and tea drinks, matcha macarons and even their own matcha granola etc.
So good that their soft serves were sold out ? need to head back soon to try them.
